Mr. Milionis, along with 18 other people, were accused that caused 270 million Euros damage in the Greek government, through the corporation of energy supply, Energa - Hellas Power, which instead to pay the excise tax on electricity consumption, and the tax of immovable property (that were collecting on behalf of the PPC, as power providers), had deposit the money in foreign bank accounts.

What if thousands of customers of the two companies had been in despair, when appeared to owe even though they paid their debts, Mr. Milionis is carefree and has the confident that the days of prison belong to the past, so he can rejoice the opulence guaranteeing him the millions of Euros, accused has abused.
