Road section in Parnitha closed due to heavy snowfall
Traffic police in Athens has closed the road section between the cable car and the Parnitha Casino on Parnitha Avenue, at the north of the city, due to intense snowfall.
After an exceptionally warm spell in the past week, weather in Greece deteriorated in the last 24 hours with rain and snow forecast for most of the country.
