Potami party to suspend its operation
The Political Council of the Potami party will propose the suspension of the party's operation at the standing congress to be held on November 24.
However, the Political Council's text leaves open the possibility that the party will may be re-established "when conditions change and the times demand," so it can help the country.
Potami's Political Council has agreed to donate the party's state subsidy of 500,000 euros to the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and proposes that the Council's Chair be authorised to ask parliament to suspend the party's state funding.
