Two arrested during police operation in Exarchia apartment building
Two people were arrested during a police operation in an apartment building in the Athens district of Exarchia on Monday.

Police said that they found firebombs, stones and gas masks in an apartment on the fourth floor.
According to police, the apartment had been rented in the last few days to use as a base for storing and throwing objects at police officers in Exarchia Square, as well as for use as a hiding place for individuals involved in attacks on the police.
