Speaking to SKAI radio on Wednesday he said he will have recourse to the European Court of Human Rights and will follow all the legal avenues as regards the former chief of the Intelligence Service (EYP) Panagiotis Kontoleon.

Androulakis rejected the dilemmas "Mitsotakis or chaos", stating that he does not "buy this", while he quoted a statement by the former PASOK Prime Minister Kostas Simitis that the prime minister is elected by the Greek people and is only a tenant and not the proprietor of the Maximos mansion. "So they should learn to behave as tenants not proprietors, blackmailing the Greek people and violating any sense of public interest, rule of law and rational thinking".

Finally, regarding the time of the general elections, he said that the whole truth regarding the phone tapping case must have been revealed before they are held.
