Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis' scheduled dinner with President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen was cancelled due to her departure for Brussels.
The EU official was in Athens to deliver a keynote speech at the Athens Democracy Forum at 18:50-19:10.
