Tsipras meets with EU Commissioner Gentiloni

Main opposition SYRIZA-Progressive Alliance leader Alexis Tsipras on Thursday met with European Commissioner for Economy Paolo Gentiloni, on the sidelines of the PES meeting in Brussels, party sources said.

During their meeting, they discussed the course of the European and Greek economy, the Recovery Fund and the Greek plan for its exploitation, the prospect of changing the national plans in continuation of the agreement for the new plan RePowerEU as well as for the crucial issue of private debt.
