Foreign ministry: Deeply saddened by the tragedy in Vaulx-en-Velin
"Deeply saddened by the tragedy of a fire in an apartment building in Vaulx-en-Velin, in France, the foreign ministry said on Friday in a post on Twitter. It also expressed its deepest condolences to the families of the victims and its undivided solidarity with the government and people of France.
As reported earlier, the fire that broke out overnight in an apartment building near Lyon, in central-eastern France, claimed the lives of 10 people, including five children aged 3 to 15, while 14 were injured, four of whom are in serious condition.
