Two arrests and confiscation of over 10 kilos of heroin in Koropi

Two brothers from Albania, aged 29 and 34, were arrested in Koropi (Attica region) during an Attica Police Drugs Squad operation, accused of drug dealing and trafficking. According to police, 10 kilos and 869 grams of heroin were confiscated.

Police sources said to Athens-Macedonian News Agency that the two suspects were probably cooperating with an international drug trafficking ring. The older of the two brother was a taxi driver and probably used his vehicle for the distribution of the drugs.

The suspects were led before the prosecutor.
