Traffic police reported that a total of 576,914 cars have left Athens for Easter

A total of 576,914 vehicles left from the Greek capital Athens in the period 7-14 April for the Easter holidays.

According to the Greek Police, 2,000 police officers and 550 traffic police vehicles are on alert in Attica region for the safe transport of the holidaymakers as well as for the prevention of traffic accidents.
