A statement by the main opposition party said that the speech will take place at the Agios Vlassis Square at 12:00 noon. "In his speech, he will focus on the history of Pontian Greeks, the Pontian Genocide, and the outstanding contribution of Pontians to the formation of the modern Greek state at social, political, and cultural level." It added that Tsipras "will also refer to the main issues they face today, and at Syriza-PA's proposals toward their resolution.
