SYRIZA's Tsipras: We ask for the chance to rule with our programme and bring justice everywhere

Μain opposition SYRIZA-Progressive leader Alexis Tsipras, in an interview with Avghi newspaper on Sunday, stressed the importance and dilemmas of the May 21 elections.

"If New Democracy is the first party, Mitsotakis, whatever it says today, will use all means to form a government," he estimated. He underlined that "if SYRIZA is the first party, then the formation of a progressive government will become a reality."

The leader of SYRIZA-Progressive Alliance stated that the upcoming elections are "an opportunity for the country that should not and will not be wasted" and that "with the victory of SYRIZA, it will be given the opportunity to govern for the first time following its own programme and not the suggestions of the troika or compulsions, which others bequeathed to him."

"This is for a better future for the many and for Greece," he stressed.
