Androulakis: The time of the sovereign Greek people has come

PASOK-KINAL party leader Nikos Androulakis voted on Sunday at the 431 polling station at the 1st primary school of Arkalohori, on Crete, which is housed in a container after the devastating earthquake in September 2021.

Androulakis stated that "the time of the sovereign Greek people has come," adding: "I call every Greek with hope and optimism to support this new effort we are making and I pledge that I will strive with all my strength for a strong social state that will reduce inequalities".

Androulakis, who concluded his election campaign in Heraklio, Crete, is expected to leave for Athens at noon.
