Tsipras: The society needs a power that will support its interests
"We are standing and are more determined than ever because we do not give this battle for our party's interest but we are giving this battle because the society needs a power that will support its interests, that will strive and fight for the public interest" underlined SYRIZA-PA leader Alexis Tsipras addressing citizens of Katerini at the central city street on Tuesday.
"We will keep standing and call the Greek people to support us (in the elections) because the country needs to have a strong force of social resistance against the storm of privatisations, high prices and social plundering" Tsipras said.
Tsipras discussed with shopowners and consumers and took photos with citizens.
