Tsipras also spoke about necessary measures that need to be taken to protect agricultural land, saying that his party's proposal for debt settlements through monthly installments may "help farmers salvage their land and the middle class their homes."
He also spoke of creating an Energy Democracy Fund, which will help finance comprehensive energy-saving actions, to reduce energy costs and protect the environment.
