SYRIZA needs to make a fresh start, Famellos says

"It is obvious that SYRIZA-Progressive Alliance needs a fresh start," the head of main opposition SYRIZA-Progressive Alliance parliamentary group, Sokratis Famellos, said on Sunday in an interview with "Realnews" newspaper.

"We need a new party, a new political proposal, a new leadership," he underlined.

Famellos also noted that the new SYRIZA-Progressive Alliance party "must be strong and victorious for society, not for its own survival and certainly not for keeping our seats."

The head of the parliamentary group stressed that the party must have a vision and specific planning for a strong and resilient Greek society and a sustainable and innovative economy for the benefit of all.
