S&P Global Greece Manufacturing PMI falls to 52.9 In August
The S&P Global Greece Manufacturing PMI slightly fell to 52.9 In August compared with 53.5 in the previous month.
As noted in the S&P Global survey, the pace of overall growth was the second-fastest on record since May 2022 and compares favorably with the long-term average in the survey's history.
New orders recorded a significant increase, following a steady demand and reports that government funding initiatives had supported potential investments.
Greek manufacturers also reported another upturn in output, boosted by higher new order inflows and a persistent monthly improvement in demand conditions.
