Deputy Finance Minister Theoharis to participate in IMF annual meeting

Deputy Minister of National Economy and Finance, Haris Theoharis, will be the head of the mission during Greece's participation in the annual meeting of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), held in Marrakesh, Morocco.

The general director of the Public Debt Management Agency (PDMA), Dimitris Tsakonas, and the representative of Greece at the IMF, Michalis Masourakis, will participate in the mission.

The Greek delegation will have successive meetings with leading executives of international organisations with great influence in shaping economic developments on a global scale, such as Morgan Stanley, Citibank, Nomura, the European Development Bank, Deutsche Bank, BNP Paribas, etc., rating agencies (Moody's, Standard & Poor's), as well as with counterparts from the respective ministries of state inside and outside the European Union.
