Farmers heading to Athens with tractors, buses
The first group of farmers on tractors converged at the Castle of Boeotia on Monday night, before planning to head to Athens for a rally on Tuesday morning.
Farmers and stockbreeders have placed various slogans on the tractors, describing the situation they are in and asking the government to satisfy their demands.
In addition, dozens of buses will transport farmers and livestock farmers to Athens on Tuesday morning. More than 20 buses are expected to start from Ftioitida, while buses from Domokos and Karditsa are also expected to arrive in Athens.
Farmers from Boeotia and Evia are expected to join the mobilisations on buses to Athens.
