Kasselakis: The Greek state must solve the people's major problems

"The time has come for the Greek state to become efficient and solve the major problems of the Greek people," SYRIZA-Progressive Alliance leader Stefanos Kaselakis said on Saturday at the beginning of the meeting with the productive organisations in Heraklion, Crete.

Kasselakis stated that in this direction "the European elections are the trigger, for the alternative progressive solution that the country is asking for, with a renewed SYRIZA, with a group that will be able to demonstrate empathy, moral and technocratic competence."

Referring to indirect taxes, the leader of the main opposition said: "Our country is second only to Sweden in the payment of indirect taxes" and that at the same time the "quality of services provided by the Greek government does not correspond to this cost."
