Man held for stabbing of Kyriaki Griva, 28, in ICU after attempting to hang himself
The 39-year-old man arrested for the murder of 28-year-old Kyriaki Griva, a former partner, outside the Agii Anargyri police station was rushed to hospital and admitted to an ICU early on Sunday, after attempting to hang himself in the cell of the Korydallos Prison psychiatric ward, where he was being held.
According to the authorities, the suspect was found unconscious, with marks around his neck. CPR was immediately carried out and he was then taken to hospital and admitted to intensive care.
