More than 73,000 applications for postal voting
Greece has adopted the strictest terms and conditions for postal voting, Alternate Interior Minister, Theodoros Livanios, said on Thursday, supporting the amendment with the provisions for the procedure of postal voting in the European elections.
Livanios underlined that "compared to what applies in all other countries of the world, Greece has adopted the strictest terms and conditions for postal voting."
The Alternate Interios Minister informed the parliament that applications have exceeded 73,000, adding that "the number of foreign voters who have registered is the largest ever ... there are daily around 4,000 applications."
