Clear skies and rising temperatures across Greece on Sunday

Generally clear weather is expected in Greece on Sunday, according to the Hellenic National Meteorological Service. There will be a slight rise in temperatures in the western regions.

Winds in the west will initially be variable at 2 to 4 Beaufort, gradually shifting to northwesterly at 4 to 5 Beaufort. In the east, winds will blow from northern directions at 4 to 6 Beaufort, and locally up to 7 Beaufort in Aegean Sea.

Temperatures will see a slight increase in the west, reaching 36 to 37C in the mainland and up to 38C in some western areas. In the Ionian Islands, eastern Aegean Islands, Dodecanese and southern Crete, temperatures will range from 34 to 35C, while the rest of the islands will see temperatures between 31 and 33C.
