Defence Min Dendias visits the frigate "Psara"

National Defence Minister Nikos Dendias on Monday visited and spent the night on the Hellenic Navy frigate "Psara", which was on a patrol in the Aegean Sea, remaining on board until Tuesday morning.

Dendias was accompanied by the National Defence General Staff Chief General Dimitrios Houpis, the Hellenic Navy General Staff Chief Vice Admiral Dimitrios-Eleftherios Kataras and the Commander in Chief of the Hellenic Fleet Vice Admiral Polychronis Koulouris.

Dendias was given a tour of the frigate and briefed on the vessel's mission, as well as talking with members of the crew.

"I came with HNDGS Chief Houpis and HNGS Chief Kataras to spend the night on the ship that is on duty and to wish you a Merry Christmas," Dendias said to the crew members.
