Greek port workers call 24-hour walk out on February 26

Greek port workers call 24-hour walk out on Wednesday 26 to protest the privatization of the Piraeus Port Authority (OLP).

Port workers are due to gather in central Athens at 10 am, where the government will be presenting to Parliament the terms of the tender for OLP.

Federations and unions are demanding that the government ends “its efforts to sell off the ports” and warn that they are prepared to mobilize and take action.
