«No one should face difficulties in accessing health care system»

The President of the Republic, in his message for the World Day of Rare Diseases, stresses that, "in a mature European democracy no one should face difficulties in accessing health care system".

Mr Papoulias referring to the patients with rare diseases stresses that, "our fellow citizens, who are struggling with a rare disease, often fighting for the obvious, to get the help they need".
