Kalymnos: 8 people on trial for 8 million euro will

A court hearing will took place in the Appeal Court on Felony Dodecanese on March 13th, about the case of the 91year old Kalymnian's, who seems to have left one million euro property to her neighbors, in her last will.

8 people have been accused; a couple of neighbors, one notary and five witnesses allegedly involved in the drafting of the will.

The referral of the accused was ordered by the Council of Misdemeanors in Kos after the completion of the process for one of the lawsuits that have been filed in by the relatives' of the 91year old woman, including the offenses of false certification, inciting false certification, direct complicity in false certification in felony.

The lawsuit is against the notary who drew up the will, the couple's neighbors to whom "she gave" all property and five witnesses.

According to information from rodiaki.gr, the lawsuit -which authority was based on to pursue prosecutions and subsequent referral of those involved- , after referring to the case history, is also highlights the health status of the 91year old woman during that period.

The medical certificate from the hospital of Kalymnos describes that the old woman was hospitalized with a diagnosis of "impossibility of obtaining food» and "lethargy" and had discharged with a diagnosis of "coronary artery disease-Dehydration-senile dementia."

The relatives also claim that the previous period she had also suffered a serious stroke.
