Turkish container ship is sinking in Myconos
The crew of a Turkish container ship that ran into rocks off the island of Myconos had to abandon their vessel, because it began to take on water said the Greek Coast Guard on Saturday.
Eleven people were rescued by a coast guard patrol boat, while the other three were air-lifted by helicopter.
The Authorities are not sure what caused the ship to run aground. The ship was carrying 204 containers from Izmir to Tunisia .
