Bulgaria - Romania - US: The joint naval exercise was postponed
The planned joint naval exercise of Bulgaria, Romania and United States in Black Sea was postponed for 24 hours, due to bad weather.
The naval exercise PASSEX was scheduled to take place in the southeast of Romanian city, Constanta, according to the announcement of the Bulgarian Ministry of Defense.
The training was planed last year and is part of the joint exercises of the three countries. The announcement also said, that the exercise is not connected with the situation in Ukraine.
The Bulgarian Navy will take part with the frigate "Drazki", Romania with three ships and the U.S with the USS Truxtun.
The training includes communication exercises, tactical maneuvers and exchange information on the surface and underwater.
