Baby was born on the road at the time it's parents died

They found the new born boy lying five metres away from the body of his parents.

"The baby moved his legs and arms and cried out. We immediately rescued the new born baby," police officer said.

The baby is in a stable condition but is suffering from intracranial hemorrhage.
