Thriller with missing seaman in Chios
A specialized team is searching for the 23 – years old seaman, who was disappeared since Friday evening.
The Authorities were informed, when a seaman, member of the crew of the ship "Astrakhan", was spotted in the sea, while having his night shift on Friday night to Saturday morning, at that time the cargo ship was 9NN northwest of the Chios Island.
In the rescue team, two vessel of the Coast Guard take part and a Super Puma flew too for searching.
According to politischios, despite the mobilization of the Authorities, the unlucky seaman hasn't been found yet, but the operation is still going on by sea and air.
The causes of the accident are still unknown.
