Malaysia Airlines: Almost impossible to find the black box
Few hopes... for the specialized detector to find the black box in the searching area, where allegedly the Malaysia Airlines had crashed.
The ship Ocean Shield of the Australian Navy sailed from Perth Western Australia on Monday (31/3) carrying the detector (Towed Pinger Locator) that captures the sound emissions of black boxes.
The ship is expected to reach the area, where potential debris of the airplane was spotted, possibly within three days (in few days theoretically the black box of MH370 stops to emit signal).
"We have almost a week, but the life of battery of the black box depends on the water temperature, depth and pressure" said Australian Defense Minister David Johnston.
