The government is captive of Papandreou
Until dawn, Venizelos and Papandreou were exchanging threats and insults between them, while PASOK’s parliamentary group is in a strong turmoil, because 5 to 7 Members faithfully follow G. Papandreou on decisions.

Yesterday's "no" of George to the House, opened the gates of hell for PASOK and became the main cause of a ruthless war from now on, between the former and current president of PASOK.
The spontaneous movement of Venizelos last night, immediately after Papandreou's "no" in the passage of the bill, it was just that did Samaras for Kaklamanis: immediate expulsion. However, the most dispassionate and politically experienced "people" of Venizelos, Maniatis and Koukoulopoulos, restrained and prevented him from such a move reminding him that George has at least five followers among the MPs of PASOK and that an expulsion would not only cause split within the party, but also a threat to the ND-PASOK government.
Because, in a forthcoming vote of confidence or a vote on an unpopular bill, there would be not 151 or 153 MPs of the coalition (because of the disagreement of the group of G. Papandreou) and therefore the government would lose the majority. Eventually George Papandreou was not expelled from PASOK. The government will be a prisoner of George Papandreou and his intentions. PASOK is heading to a split and George Papandreou wants to be the leader a "new PASOK" according to his political agenda.
