Port Authorities detained a ship with Turkish flag

Specifically, after inspection of the boat by the Central Port Authority of Rhodes, under the Paris Memorandum of Understanding (PARIS MOU), serious flaws were detected – irregularities in the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS), and as well of the International Safety Management Code (SM code).

The Port Authority of Kos brought the enforcement process of the administrative sanctions.
