Then fled in an industrial zone, they entered into a small printing business and took at least one hostage, according to the RTL, while iTele said that the hostage is a woman.

Later, France 2 spoke of a 26-year old man, but the authorities have not given more information.

The perpetrators are surrounded by strong police forces, while negotiations are underway, according to French media. The process may take several hours.

At present there is relative calm and the authorities act with extreme caution since there are several people in the area, who were instructed to remain in their homes.

Information reported earlier that the perpetrators shouted at the police that they "want to die as martyrs."

An eyewitness even testified that the assailants shouted that they are "the Al Qaeda of Yemen."

Furthermore, because of the dangerous jihadists, two of the four runways at Charles de Gaulle have been closed, because they are relatively close to the point where is taking place the hostage situation.

Figaro reports that the description of the two brothers was given, this morning, to the police by a woman, from which they stole the car. The description given matched with the fugitive siblings Kouachi, something that was confirmed later by the police.
