National Bank shares to sell through Istanbul Stock Exchange
The National Bank will dispose a minority stake of up to 26.9 percent to its subsidiary Finansbank through the Istanbul Stock Exchange, it was announced, as part of its approved refinancing plan.
National Bank will continue to be the majority stakeholder in Finansbank after the deal.
