Bomb threat in POSPERT offices was a prank call says police - Road reopens
Mesogion Avenue reopened to traffic by police on Monday evening after a call by an unknown man warning of a bomb in the offices of public broadcaster ERT’s staff union POSPERT turned out to be a prank.
Police had closed off both traffic lanes earlier in the day while bomb disposal specialists searched POSPERT premises for the bomb which was due to go off at 17:20.
