Platamonas tunnel on Athens-Thessaloniki motorway to close for maintenance works

The tunnels will close for maintenance work and an upgrade of their electronic systems.

The traffic will be interrupted in both directions along the section of the motorway from Platamonas interchange to Leptokarya interchange, with vehicles diverted to the old Athens-Thessaloniki national road through Tempi Valley.
