Prosecutor and examining magistrate disagree about police officer

The 32-year-old police officer who is facing charges of attempted murder after shooting a 16-year-old Rom on the head during pursuit testified on Friday to Thessaloniki examining magistrate.

After a meeting, the examining magistrate and the prosecutor disagreed if the suspect will be kept in custody as the first was negative while the prosecutor recommended to be held in custody.
