"Yesterday in Thessaloniki, thousands of people gathered in Aristotelous square, sending a thundering message to the government that water cannot be privatised."

"However many announcements with fake news are issued by New Democracy, the citizens will remember what [Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis] announced in 2018, they see what he is doing today and will put a halt to his catastrophic plans, shouting 'enough'," Tsapanidou added, noting that "On May 21 we will end the water privatisation plans and together we will create the future we dream of."
