Fire breaks out in Stamata, Attica region

A wildfire that broke out earlier on Monday in Stamata, Attica region, is in progress. At total of 12 fire engines with a 31-member crew 1 team of firefighters on foot, 2 firefighting aircraft and 2 helicopters are operating in the area.

A few while ago, the emergency number 112 sent a message to the residents of Stamata calling them to be on alert due to a forest fire that is in progress.
