Development Min. attends EU Competitiveness Council
Development Minister Kostas Skrekas attended the European Union's Competitiveness Council (internal market and industry) in Brussels on Monday that focused on approving two draft legislations on design protection and reaching a general approach on Euro 7 standards on motor vehicle emissions.
In his intervention, Skrekas focused on the urgent need of the EU market adapting to future challenges. "The unified market must become resilient in periods of crisis such as the energy cost, in order to safeguard the EU's production foundation and at the same time to boost its strategic autonomy," he underlined.
