FM Gerapetritis welcomes Cypriot counterpart Kombos
Foreign Minister George Gerapetritis welcomed his Cypriot counterpart Konstantinos Kombos on Friday.
The meeting was held in the framework of the 1st Greece-Cyprus High Level Cooperation Council.
After talks between their respective delegations, the two foreign ministers had a private meeting, in which they confirmed the strong ties between Greece and Cyprus and agreed to continue close coordination and cooperation on matters of regional interest.
It should be noted that after the meeting the two ministers went to the Maximos Mansion to participate in the proceedings of the 1st High-Level Cooperation Council between Greece and the Republic of Cyprus, chaired by Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis and Cyprus President Nikos Christodoulides.
