Council of State annuls decisions concerning records of religion in Greek schools

The Council of State ruled on Friday that a decision made by the previous government is not valid as regards the recording of religion on school certificates and diplomas regulation on the grounds that it violates the provisions of the Constitution and the laws on the protection of personal data.
