Main opposition SYRIZA-Progressive Alliance leader Stefanos Kasselakis visited on Tuesday the Supreme Court (Areios Paghos) prosecutor Georgia Adilini to discuss the issue of phone tappings (Predator case).
Kasselakis was accompanied by the head of his office Manolis Kapnisakis and the head of the party's parliamentary group Sokratis Famellos.
Leaving the Supreme Court's building after his meeting with Adilini he stated: "We met with the prosecutor. We discussed the phone tapping issue, expressed our concern and agreed that the solving of the case as soon as possible it is a priority for the Justice and for the society.
Our concerns are based not only on the essence of the case but also on the government's initiatives over the last period. I must be crystal clear to all that the main opposition wants a strong and independent Justice and we will always be on the side of all the honest judges so that the Greek citizen can have Justice in our country as his last resort."
