Tsipras said that the aim of the extraordinary meeting will be "to summon to a hearing the head of the National Intelligence Service (EYP) Themistocles Demiris, the Prosecutor at EYP Vassiliki Vlachou and Hellenic Authority for Communications Security and Privacy chief Christos Rammos".

"The 'iceberg' of cases involving the surveillance of the prime minister's political opponents has only just begun to be revealed in its entirety. In fact, the method of sending booby-trapped links, through the Spyware Predator, appears to have been repeated on other occasions relative to the ones that we already knew," Tsipras stressed in his letter.
