PM Mitsotakis to visit Edessa and Pella on Tuesday
Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis will visit the prefectures of Edessa and Pella, northern Greece, on Tuesday.
The premier will be given a tour of the archaeological site and museum of Pella, before visiting the facilities of a company related to the fresh fruits sector.
At 12:30, Mitsotakis will preside over a local government assembly at Edessa town council.
At 18:30, he will attend the award ceremony for the Empress Theophano Prize to pianist and conductor Daniel Barenboim in Thessaloniki. The annual prize is handed out by the local Empress Theophano Foundation, which recognizes individuals or organizations who make an outstanding contribution to bridging Europe's historic diversities.
