Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias' meeting on Tuesday with opposition PASOK-KINAL representative Andreas Loverdos, in the context of the parliamentary parties briefing on the foreign affairs issues, focused exlusively on the illegal Turkish-Libyan 'memorandum'.

As Loverdos said, the 'pseudomemorandum' is illegal for two reasons. Firstly, because it violates Greece's sovereign rights and secondly, because according to the UN and the most important countries of the planet, memoranda are not signed by countries that do not have a legal government or representation.

"This is the situation in Libya, so the unlawfulness is evident and we agreed on this," Loverdos concluded.
